Payment Options

Our clinic accepts payment by EFTPOS, credit card and cash on the day of your appointment.

Chinese medicine consultations are not covered by Medicare but you may be eligible to claim a rebate from your private health fund.

Private Health Insurance Claims

Claims are applicable for Acupuncture, Consultations and Chinese Remedial Massage.

Rebates are available from over 40 private health insurance funds including HBF, Medibank Private, Government Employee Fund and more. Please contact your health fund to find out how much you can claim on your consultations. Consultations and treatments by Chinese medicine practitioners are not covered by Medicare.

Did you know that most private health funds cover our Chinese Remedial Massage? Please ask our helpful staff if you require a receipt for this service and treat yourself today.
