Seven daily massage positions to prevent the onset of disease and ageing

Hand massage: the rubbing of both palms together for 50 times can improve heart function and promote blood circulation.

Forehead massage: use the fingers of both hands to massage from the middle to the sides of the forehead. It can stimulate the brain, reduce tension, improve sleep and reduce wrinkles.

Ear lobe massage: it can strengthen the waist, Kidneys, improve hearing and reduce ringing in the ears.

Waist massage: use hand fists and rub in an upward and downward fashion on the lower back for 50 times. This can strengthen the waist, Kidneys, reduce nocturia, increase sexual drive and promote prostate health.
