Chinese medicine believes that normal female reproductive ability is related to the health of the following internal organs: Liver, Spleen, Kidneys, uterus and ovaries.

A person’s normal internal organ functioning is dependent on the donation of Blood and Qi, and the normal circulation of the Blood and Qi is dependent on the healthy circulatory function from the meridians to the respective internal organs. The human body has fourteen essential meridians, interrelated and connected between the internal and the external body.
