Peach is a seasonal fruit. If you enjoy eating or want to eat more of this fruit, you can also choose sun-dried peaches as a substitution.
Many individuals suffer from pain, those who suffer from weak pain is not considered as a disease, if one has sufficient rest they should be able to recuperate. However those who suffer from serious, strong pain should pay close attention and seek medical intervention.
Chinese medicine has an important philosophy towards pain. If certain areas of the body experience pain, there is a strong indication of some form of stagnation/energy blockage occurring at that site. Furthermore, it is most likely related to stagnation of “cold”/”heat” or that the body is expelling toxins accumulated from certain organs, forming “cold” stagnation causing poor Blood and Qi circulation to create a sensation of pain.
Chinese medicine believes that peaches are extremely helpful to rid pain arising from “cold” stagnation. For example, in the ancient treatise of traditional book “Zhen Nan Mu Cao“, peaches are able to clear menstrual cycle. Another book has suggested that peaches can promote blood circulation and neutralise stagnation. Peach is warm in nature and able to promote normal blood circulation, thereby eliminating blood toxins. Therefore when it is near the time of the menstrual cycle, women are advised to eat peaches or sun-dried peaches, which are helpful for blood circulation within the intestinal tract and blood surrounding the uterus. This will help to reduce the occurrence of uterine endometriosis or onset of uterine fibroids. In addition, peaches can help moisturise the intestinal tract thereby promoting healthy bowel movement and adjust the Liver energy.
Precaution
Excessive eating will lead up to heat buildup within the intestines and stomach.
